Create a shady place for students to 'cook up' some fun
The Alice Brown Early Learning Center (ELC) is an incredible place where children learn everything from the beautiful aspects of nature, to building with blocks, and even how to make homemade applesauce! It also offers faculty, employees, students, and early childhood professionals an invaluable hands-on learning opportunity.
It's where learning is rooted in play-based, multi-sensory and language-rich experiences. We strive to form sincere, meaningful relationships with children and their families. The Sachdevs are one such family, sharing just how grateful they are for the ELC:
"The Early Learning Center at Adelphi is a magical place of love and learning. You can feel it as soon as you walk through the front door. Every child who graduates from this wonderful facility is better prepared for school and for life. Simply put - the school is a blessing for the community. My wife and I couldn't be happier our daughter is part of it." -Sunil & Jimena Sachdev, parents
Thank you to everyone who supported Giving Day 03.21.18 that brought two outdoor kitchens to our playground.
Bradley Clark’s Granny will be kindly matching gifts made up to $1,000 to help us reach our $10,000 goal to cover these kitchens in cool shade and add project tables.
Join us with your gift today that will make double its impact thanks to the generosity of Bradley's Granny. Thank you!
